How to order products
Simply email, fax or phone us with the product code, the quantity you require and any detail, such as an order number, that needs to be on your invoice.
If you don’t know the product code, please contact us with as much detail as you can, such as:
- Part, batch and/or serial numbers
- Distinguishing features
- An emailed photograph
If you have a need in mind, rather than a specific product, our customer service professionals will be happy to assist. They’ll listen to your requirements and, if necessary, draw upon our network of specialist expertise before recommending suitable solutions.
How to open an account
Simply download an account application form (PDF 560KB), enter your details, sign to accept the terms and conditions, and return the completed form to us. If you have any questions or require assistance please contact our customer services team. It’s important to ensure that your return addresses (email, fax, post) are on the form.
The usual business payment methods are available to all our account holders.
We offer limited cash sales on a ‘payment in advance’ basis. We will send you an account for your order and dispatch the products once your payment has been received. Cash sale payment options include: a direct credit to our bank account, credit or debit card, and cleared funds from a cheque.
Shipping and delivery
Our consumables are normally available direct from our warehouse. This gives you the benefit of next-day delivery when required. Our delivery companies are carefully selected and we regularly review their reliability and performance. We can let you know the expected delivery time and cost before you place your order. The delivery time for capital equipment purchases will depend on the manufacturer’s location and stock levels.
Most of our products carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, but not all. Please check the warranty information for each product before placing your order.
If you purchased a product from us and you are not sure whether it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please give us a call. If you can clearly identify the product, by something like its serial number, we should be able to confirm its purchase date and warranty details.
