The Starship Foundation charity provides additional equipment, support and help to staff, patients and families at Starship Children’s Hospital.
Kidney Kids supports over 1500 families and children throughout New Zealand. Their mission is to give kids with kidney disease the best life possible.
The ‘pink ribbon’ is the international symbol of breast cancer awareness. In New Zealand it is used by the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation, a non-government funded, not-for-profit charitable trust that aims to prevent New Zealanders developing and dying from breast cancer.
Both in New Zealand and across the globe, Red Cross provides assistance to millions of vulnerable people affected by conflict, disaster and emergency.
Samoa Heart Trust
The New Zealand Good Samaritan Heart Mission to Samoa Trust is a charitable trust, formed to assist the relief of heart disease in the poor and needy people of Samoa.
Round the Bays
Round the Bays is one of the world's largest fun-runs, with an estimated 70,000 participants. Every year the run raises money for a variety of Auckland charities and not-for-profit services.
Since 1983, Koru Care has been working to bring a little bit of joy into the lives of children with terminal illness or permanent disabilities. To date, Koru Care has helped more than 10,000 young people and their families.
National Burn Centre
The National Burn Centre at Middlemore Hospital is a 10-bed unit for the coordinated care of patients with burn injuries.
